CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
To change your password, Logout of the website and click Member login. There is a Forget your Password link that will trigger an email to be sent to you for password reset.
EDITING YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
On an existing order:
If you wish to update your membership information (name, address, email address) on an existing order, please email our customer service team at service@membersdirect.com or call 1.828.383.9928
Please note: Changing your shipping address after your order has been submitted does not guarantee the update can be made.
On your membership account:
If you wish to update or add shipping locations associated within your membership account, you may do so by visiting the website and logging in to My Account. Once you have logged in, select the ‘My Account’ from the My Account dropdown, and then Account Details in order to update your account information.
