How do I earn Rewards?
It's easy - You can earn rewards on purchases where the rewards banner is attached. Some products qualify for up to $500.00 in Reward Dollars! Others are in denominations of $25, $50, and $100.
Additional ways to earn Rewards:
- Refer a friend or Family Member for MembersDirect® Membership and receive: $100 in Reward Dollars after they join.
- Refer our Membership plan to any employer and receive $25 in Reward Dollars for each employee that joins MembersDirect®.
How can I use my Rewards?
Your Rewards can be applied to items in your shopping cart up to 20% of the total purchase.
Is there a limit to the number of Reward Dollars I can earn?
There's no limit to the number of Rewards you can earn, but there are limitations on ways in which you can earn them. Please see below:
- Additional purchases: No limit
- Refer a friend or Family Member for Membership and receive: $100 in Rewards after they join. No Limit
- Refer our Membership to any employer and receive $25 in rewards for each employee that joins. No Limit
- Product review(s): Earn $5 in rewards for each review.
- Review must be on a product you've purchased and received in the past 30 days.
- Limit of 1 review per product.
- Maximum of 10 reviews per month.
Do Rewards expire?
No, Reward Dollars do not expire if your Membership is current. We'll send you reminder emails to let you know when your Membership is set to expire.
How can I view MembersDirect® Rewards balance?
To view your balance, go to your account. Also, your wallet balance is displayed at the top of the home page and in your shopping cart.
When are my Rewards available to me?
Earned Rewards from purchases and bonuses become available as soon as your items ship, or referrals or other actions performed by you are completed and processed. As an example: Rewards for reviews and employer referrals are available within 7 business days.
What if I return or cancel my purchase?
If a purchase is canceled or returned, you will not receive Rewards for that purchase.
